We deliver products to any country within European Union.
Price for delivery is based on weight and volume of purchased products. The cost of one parcel is 39 EUR (incl. VAT).
If purchased goods fit into more then one parcel, there will be a separate price of 39 EUR calculated for each parcel.
Shipping and handling charges apply to all orders, unless otherwise specified.
Shipping charges will be calculated in your shopping cart and may vary according to the number or weight of items shipped, carrier used, destination of order and whether you requested expedited delivery.
We ship items regular work days Monday - Friday within 24 hours of payment.
All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. An exception of no guarantee of delivery dates rests with the carrier and whether the purchaser paid for a method of delivery that provides a guarantee with its service. Any refunds for service not meeting the shipping carrier´s promise of date of delivery will be collected from the shipping carrier and returned to the purchaser. J&P Lighting Solutions will not be responsible for a shipping carrier´s negligence, incompetence, or accident in not shipping as they promise.
RETURN POLICY
We are sure that you will be very happy with the products you order. To ensure you are satisfied we offer a money
back guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not 100% happy please return the unused goods within 14 days for a refund.
J&P Lighting Solutions will only make exchanges for defective products for the same or exact product being replaced and only if we have the same product and quantity in stock. Because the product being replaced is defective, we will ship free of charge to original destination.
There are no reimbursements or credits for any shipping costs unless item(s) are considered defective. In which case we will credit or refund the shipping costs as per the least expensive shipping method.
DAMAGE: If items are damaged, OR SUSPECTED TO BE DAMAGED, it must be documented with the delivery company at the time of the delivery. The delivery driver must wait while you inspect. If the driver does not agree to wait, note this on the bill of delivery, WHEN YOU SIGN accepting delivery. NOTE ON THE DELIVERY SLIP before you sign your name, if the box shows any signs of damage on the outside.
In all such damages or potential damage cases, in order to support any potential claim for damages, you must notify the J&P Lighting Solutions within 3 business days by email (problems@outdoorlamps.eu). Assume that suspected damage may create a potential safety hazard and we advise that you do not use the product.
The customer picks up all the costs related to shipment. ANY PRODUCTS THAT ARE BEING RETURNED MUST BE PLACED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING. So SAVE ALL SHIPPPING BOXES & PACKAGING.
